Professional Capabilities
Superior tooling and machining capability
Ingenium has an experienced engineering team, including 250 mold design engineers and mold makers. They work in advanced machining workshops with presses ranging from 50T to 2,500T. Ingenium can design molds with precision of 0 - 3 microns and manufacture plastic parts with tolerances of 0 - 30 microns.

Systematic Inspection
Ingenium has deployed automated camera inspection systems on its production lines. The Quality Assurance department also systematically samples production batches. Selected samples are manually inspected by engineers in a dedicated laboratory using advanced testing and metrology equipment.

Plants are equipped with over 600 injection molding machines, supporting press sizes from 30T to 1,600T and processes including 2-shot molding, insert and overmolding, and rapid heating/cooling molding.
