Ingenium has an experienced engineering team, including 250 mold design engineers and toolmakers working in advanced machining shops with presses ranging from 50T to 2500T. Ingenium can design molds with precision from 0 to 3 microns and manufacture plastic parts with tolerances in the 0 to 30 micron range.

Ingenium deploys automated camera inspection systems on production lines. The quality assurance team also performs systematic sampling on production lots. Selected samples are manually inspected by engineers in dedicated labs using advanced testing and metrology instruments.
